Tomatillo Salsa Verde

Tomatillo Salsa Verde is a bright, fresh tasting sauce made with roasted, home-grown Tomatillos, chillies, coriander and lime juice. This sauce is great on everything, (I know, we always say that) but it’s most comfortable on Central and Southern American dishes such as Tacos, Quesadillas and Huevos Rancheros. 
 
We grow 100% of the Tomatillos ourselves and this year our whole crop was destroyed by the potato beetle. We managed to get some tomatillo but not enough to make it to next year so unfortunatly we have sold out now untill January when this years crop comes on.
