Classic Kimchi
We take wombok, daikon radish & spring onion, mix them with gochugaru chilli flakes & other spices, then leave it to bubble away & work its lacto-magic. We don’t add any starters or cultures to our ferments, relying on the biology that is naturally present on the vegetables to do all the hard work for us! The result is a little bit funky, zingy kimchi that exhilarates your tastebuds without being too challenging.
During mealtimes this Spicy Korean staple should always be within arm’s reach, whether on eggs in the morning or with rice in the evening.
