Sauerkraut is one of the most loved & well known fermented foods in the world. It’s also one of the simplest to make; cabbage & salt are the only two required ingredients. We add black pepper & caraway to our Classic Sauerkraut to spice things up. But the real hero’s of this story are the lactic acid producing bacteria, that gift ‘kraut with its unmistakable tang.
