Classic Sauerkraut
Our Classic Sauerkraut is made with just four ingredients. Cabbage, salt, pepper & carraway. It's fermented for 30 days & is unpasturised, keeping the probiotics alive and active! There is no vinegar in our sauerkraut, the amazing tang is all from the lactic acid produced by the lactobacillus during fermentation.
Add sauerkraut to salads, cheese boards, toasties & sandwiches & of course with any fatty protines to cut through the richness. The classic example being pork belly but things like duck, brisket ect work really well..... Eat it like pickels!
It’s important to refrigerate this product when your delivery arrives.
