Vegetable dumplings w/ dipping sauce and Kimchi

Making everything from scratch is great & always our goal. If we could spend our days slowly moving from the grand production of one meal to the next, we would. However, as we all know the real world can be a real time suck. If we’re out of time one of our tricks to make our meals at home delicious & convenient is to find a good readymade product & a tasty but easy recipe. In this case it’s the dumplings; all we need to turn these good dumplings into great dumplings is a banging dipping sauce. This is super quick, you’ll whip it up in half the time it will take to cook the dumplings. Just a fraction of your time for a big flavour pay off.

Simply whisk all these ingredients together and enjoy your snack time! Dumpling Sauce

3 tbsp black vinegar or rice vinegar

3 tbsp soy sauce

3 tsp sesame oil

3 tsp Edible Alchemy - Blood Orange, Ginger & Habanero Hot Sauce

1 1/2 tsp minced ginger

3 cloves minced garlic

1 1/2 tsp sugar

Squeeze of lime
