Sticky Spicy Tofu w/ stir-fried greens & Kimchi

I am so delighted to announce that this is our first recipe from you guys & we are busting to try it ourselves.


This one comes from my amazingly talented cousin, spice queen, elite athlete & fearless performer.

  • First up, prepare what ever greens are your favourite this season around 170g per person.

  • Then marinate 170g Tofu (per person) in;

1tbsp Honey

1 tbsp Edible Alchemy Blood Orange, Ginger and Habanero Hot Sauce

1 tsp Soy sauce

  • While the Tofu is marinating fry off your greens however you best like them, you want high heat for this & I think keeping it simple with some sesame oil and garlic would be the way to go.

  • Once the greens are done and on the plate fry off your marinated tofu, with the sugar content from the honey you want to keep this stir-fry moving when it’s in the pan so it caramelises evenly.

  • All that’s left to do now is to place the Sticky Tofu on the plate and garnish with our awesome Classic Kimchi

  • Serve with rice cause carbs are life!

A tip from Kirby

If you prefer a bit of crunch, coat the Tofu in olive oil, soy & cornflour then shallow fry the tofu in vegetable oil. Finish the fried tofu buy tossing it through the delicious marinade.
